About this site
Welcome to the UNE Academic Skills Office (ASO) site, 'tUNEup your subject-specific writing skills'. This site is a long-term project which recognises student needs for assistance with the writing demands of different disciplines. It has been primarily developed to assist first year undergraduate students; however, it may also prove useful for students experiencing difficulties with their writing skills in the later years of their studies. As materials become available for subject areas, they will be added to the site. If your specific study area is not yet available, you may find some very useful information on our general site.
